Concerns: Inexperience.

Outlook: Despite having lost a combined 10 years of varsity experience in his backfield, Scaduto is confident that his team will be competitive this season. Quarterback Tim Crouch is a good leader, whose work ethic has spread like wildfire throughout the rest of the team. "You could tell that these guys were really dedicated to the offseason training," says Scaduto. "In reality, we're very talented, and we believe there's a good formula for success here," he says. Look for an aggressive running game, as well as hard-nosed defensive play, where Scaduto is never afraid to blitz.
