Division 4 EMass Super Bowl Champions!!! Back to back.

The Hawks fell in their regular season finale to the Blue Hills Warriors, 8-6. Oddly enough it was the same score as last year's game and the Hawks again waited to score until the 4th quarter. The loss put an end to the Hawks five game winning streak just as it did last season. The Hawks rebounded the next week in the Division 4 EMass Super Bowl by shutting out the Hyde Park Blue Stars, 13-0. History will hopefully repeat itself when the Hawks travel to Arlington High School on December 3rd to take on O'Bryant High School. Kickoff is set for 5:00 PM. Go Hawks!!!

With this weekend's nail biting victory over West Bridgewater, The Hawks are again headed back to the Division 4 EMass Super Bowl to defend their title against Boston South champions O'Bryant High School. The game is scheduled for December 2nd at Chelsea High School. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM. Before any of that happens though, the Hawks welcome the Blue Hills Warriors for a Thanksgiving Day showdown. The Hawks are looking to avenge last season's 8-6 loss at Blue Hills.

After last week's nail biting 28-22 victory over Tri-County the Hawks looked to make a statement and did so with an impressive 39-8 victory over Old Colony. The Hawks offensive line once again dominated as Southeastern racked up 336 yards on the ground and another 108 yards through the air. The Hawks defense was equally impressive, holding a potent Old Colony attack to just 120 yards on 37 plays. Next Saturday the Hawks will take on the West Bridgewater Wildcats for the league championship, with the winner representing the league in the Division 4 EMass Super Bowl. Last season the Hawks prevailed with an easy 19-7 victory and went on to win the Division 4 EMass Super Bowl 13-0 over the Hyde Park Blue Stars. Kickoff is set for 11:00 A.M. in this winner takes all match-up.

After an impressive 49-28 victory last week over Nantucket, the Hawks looked to make it two in row and did so in impressive fashion, beating the Holbrook-Avon Bulldogs 34-0. The Hawks offense again dominated, as it churned out an impressive 326 yards rushing on just 20 carries. More importantly the Southeastern defense looks to be back to championship form, as it posted it's first shutout of the season. After a bye week, the Hawks look to make it three straight, and more importantly move to 2-0 in league play, as the Tri-County Cougars come to town Saturday, October 29th for an 11:00 AM showdown. Both teams are 1-0 in league play and it should be an exciting game. Last season the Hawks escaped with a wild 14-6 victory, stopping the Tri-County offense after the Cougars had moved the ball to the Hawks 1 yard line, setting up a 1st and goal.

Saturday's away game at Holbrook has been re-scheduled for Monday at 3:30 PM in South Easton, giving the Hawks yet another home game this season. The Hawks were given short notice, as word came in 5 minutes before departure time. Inclement weather was given as the reason for the postponement, although weather conditions improved by late morning.

The Hawks made history when they defeated the Nantucket Whalers this past Saturday, 49-28. Not only was it the first Hawks victory over the Whalers in nearly 30 years, but it was also the most points, rushing yards and total yards (460 yards rushing on 37 carries) ever given up by a Nantucket defense.

With the victory the Hawks even their record at 2-2. Next Saturday the Hawks look to up their record to 3-2, and more importantly 1-0 in league play, when they travel to Holbrook to take on the Holbrook-Avon Bulldogs.
